JENKINS - Harley George Jenkins passed away quietly after a silent
courageous battle with cancer. He completed his life's journey at the
Innisfail Hospital on September 3, 2005 at the age of 67 years. Harley was
born on August 1, 1938 at Elk Point, Alberta. He lived most of his life on
Moose Mountain.
Harley was cared for and comforted by his daughter and granddaughter during
his time of illness. He will be solely missed by everyone who knew him.
Harley is survived by his 3 children; son Dwayne, daughter Rhonda and
granddaughter Mikala Rose, son Keith (Candace) and grandson Xavier Alec. He
is also survived by his 3 sisters, Annette (Doug), Vera (James) and Valerie
(Roy), numerous nieces and nephews, also a special cousin Ernie (Yvonne)
Jenkins.
Harley was predeceased by his sister Margaret, brother Bobby, mother Blanche
and father George.
Cremation was held on September 4, 2005. A memorial service will be held on
September 10, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the old homestead of George Jenkins on
Moose Mountain.
As a memorial tribute to Harley Jenkins, a tree will be planted in the Tree
Memorial Park (Innisfail) by Heartland Funeral Services Ltd. Innisfail

WINGO - Mr. William "Billy" Boyd Wingo, beloved husband of Mrs. Claudette
Wingo of Carstairs, Alberta passed away at the Didsbury Hospital on
September 4, 2005 at the age of 64 years. He is the loving father of two
daughters; Lisa (Brian) and Lori (Sean); and three grandchildren Ernest
(Candace), Jonathon and Nathan.
Billy is also survived by five brothers and sisters.
He was predeceased by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
A memorial service was held at the Bethel Evangelical Missionary Church
(Carstairs) on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.
Memorial tributes may be made to the charity of one's choice.
As a tribute to William Wingo, a tree will be planted in the Tree Memorial

FORBES - On September 4, 2005, Shirley Forbes of Edmonton passed away.
She is survived by her husband Al Forbes and her 3 sons: Ceri, Drew (Laura),
Sean (Cindy); grandchildren Sam, Scott, Mark and Will; brother Jim (Edna).
Apart from her family she focused her energies on improving public education
in Edmonton and served for many years as a member of the Edmonton Public
School Board.
At Shirley's request there will be no funeral.
A reception was held on Friday, September 9th at the Edmonton Public Schools
Archives and Museum (McKay Avenue School) 10425 - 99th Ave., 3rd Floor.

DUNN - Ronald (Ron) James Walter Dunn of Alliance, passed away suddenly
September 4, 2005 in Edmonton at the age of 63 years. Ron started out
hauling gravel and oilfield chemicals to the rigs. From here his journey
took him to working for several perforating companies. He decided to go out
on his own and Dunner Enterprises was created. Ron was a consultant for 26
years. At the time of his death he was working for Grand Petroleum out of
Calgary. Ron had a great love for horses, if you had the chance to visit
him Iím sure you would get a trip to the corrals and would hear a story
about each one. Ron is survived by his loving wife Christine; son Cory
(Michelle) Dunn of Sundre; mother Mary Dunn of Olds; sister Connie (Frank)
Dussome of Red Deer; two brothers Myles (Diane) Dunn of Raymond and Gord
(Elaine) Dunn of Didsbury; four grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and
nephews. Ron was predeceased by his father Albert Dunn in 1987 and his
brother Terry in 1984. A Time of Remembrance was held on Monday, September
12, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. in the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #105, Olds.
Memorial donations may be made directly to the Alberta Heart & Stroke
Foundation or S.T.A.R.S. Air Ambulance. As a tribute to Ronald Dunn, a tree
will be planted in the Heartland Tree Memorial Park, Olds. Heartland

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Don, age 87,
from heart disease, at his home in B.C. on September 2, 2005.
Don is survived by his wife of 59 years, Irene; sons Rod and Wesley
(Rosalie) and his daughter Kathy (Paul), and grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his father, Horace and mother, Joyce, his five
siblings: Ruth, Avis, Edwin, Stanley and Roy; his niece Jeanette and nephews
Bobby, Keith and Ronald.
Don was born in Eagle Hill and raised in Hainstock.
There is no funeral by his request.
